We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days. Security issues should go to security@rmmbrly.io (see security.txt).

Reporting objectionable content. Every shared collection and embed page has a Report control that anyone can use — no account required. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, removing or unpublishing it and suspending repeat offenders. Signed-in users can also block a collection to stop seeing it.

Getting started

Create an account at rmmbrly.io/auth with your email — we'll send you a magic link to sign in.
Save your first item. From the library, paste any URL, drop a file, or jot a quick note. rmmbrly auto-enriches saves with a summary, tags, and topics within ~30 seconds.
Save from anywhere. Install the browser extension to save from any web page, or on iOS use the Share Sheet → rmmbrly to save from Safari, Twitter, Reddit, and any other app that supports sharing.

When you're ready, organize your library into Spaces, surface what you've forgotten with Resurface, and search across everything you've ever saved — including the text inside PDFs, screenshots, and audio files.

Troubleshooting

I can't sign in

Check your inbox and spam folder for the magic-link email from auth@rmmbrly.io. Magic links expire after 1 hour — request a new one if needed.
Use the same email you originally signed up with. rmmbrly does not auto-merge accounts across providers (Apple, Google, email).
Clear cookies for rmmbrly.io if you're stuck on a redirect loop, then try again in a private/incognito window.
If you still can't get in, email support@rmmbrly.io from your account email and we'll help you recover access.

My save isn't working

Check your connection. rmmbrly needs an active internet connection to save and enrich items.
If saving a URL fails to fetch a preview, the site may be blocking automated requests (paywalled articles, login-required pages). The item is still saved — you can add a note or upload a screenshot.
If saving from the iOS Share Sheet does nothing, make sure rmmbrly is enabled in Share Sheet settings (Share → "..." → Edit Actions → enable rmmbrly).
If saving from the browser extension fails, sign in again — the extension's session may have expired.

I can't find an item I saved

Wait ~30 seconds and refresh. Enrichment usually completes within 30 seconds; the item may not be searchable until tags and topics are generated.
Check filters. Filters in the library (date, type, space) can hide items. Clear all filters from the filter chip row.
Use full-text search. rmmbrly indexes the full text of URLs, notes, PDFs, and screenshots. Searching for any word from inside the content should surface it.
If an item is stuck "pending" for more than 5 minutes, email support@rmmbrly.io with the item URL and we'll investigate.

Enrichment looks wrong

AI-generated summaries, tags, and topics are best-effort. You can edit any tag or note from the item detail screen.
If enrichment is consistently wrong for a particular type of content, send us an example at support@rmmbrly.io — we use real cases to tune the prompts.

Frequently asked questions

How do I save something?

Save URLs, notes, files, or screenshots from the main library screen. Use the browser extension to save from any web page. On iOS, use the Share Sheet.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Privacy & Data → Danger Zone → Delete My Account & Data in the app. The in-app flow deletes your account and all associated data within 30 days (backups retained up to 90 days per our Privacy Policy). You can also email privacy@rmmbrly.io to request deletion.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile → Export → Download. Your library will be downloaded as a JSON file (or CSV — pick from the export screen).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage your subscription from Profile → Subscription. Subscriptions purchased via the iOS app are managed in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@rmmbrly.io with what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible.

Is my saved content private?

Yes. Your library is visible only to you. Content is sent to AI providers only to generate enrichments (tags, summaries) and is not retained by those providers for training. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of processors.
